lagging down pipe?

8) i ve just secured a new turbo 
and when it arrives i will be covering the ,elbow and down pipe up to the decat pipe with exhaust wrap bandage and am sure there are only small cases of cracking.i have asked this q on the mlr,passionford and gtr owners sites and 99% said lag it.
was told that ceramic coating will cause the stainless tubular manifold i have to crack but but when i asked a few tuners and owners of other marques they have never had problems. as a result my manifold has gone to camcoat in warrington 8)

I wrapped my Janspeed front pipe and its been fine so far, well the last few months

mines been fine since i fitted it, had to really i didn' t fancy a cooked alternator :lol: the sump takes a battering too seeing as how close it sits
