hi guys i have a few questions
1) Are the koni insters any good and woth buying ?

2) dose any body know how to fit the inserts ? any instructions maybe ?

I've heard good things about them... Will only fit in the standard strut...

Most compitent garages will be able to fit them no problem...

but ill be fitting them my self ? and it requires cutting the old shock apart? thats why i am looking for some instrcutions etc

fairly simple to do, did mine in an afternoon just give urself a bit of extra on the strut so the notch on the insert gets pulled right in so it doesnt wobble

how would u rate the shocks on the car now ?

No problem Rob,

When you fit them, I was recommended to have about a turn / turn and a half from fully soft on the back as its such a pig to adjust them once you've got them on. This was with the Whiteline springs though.

im very happy with them car seems very driveable but i have them set on hard all round and its a bit of a bumpy drive but get on some nice twisty roads and its all smiles
