Knocking noise from steering!!

Hi. Im getting a knocking noise when turn wheels either left or right! But is ok when going straight! Does anyone know what this could be? Cheers

I'm no expert, but it sounds like you've got a knackered CV joint :?

Cheers m8. Also, it doesnt make the noise when car is still, only when its moving!
