K-reg. phase 1? Really?

Spotted this for sale a month ago, I was interested in it so asked a few questions and all of a sudden it disappeared lol

In the old add you can see a reg plate behind the k-reg plate. It has a phase 1 interior aswell. Which I have been told is not uncommon.
In the second add a month later you can clearly see an umbrella compartment. In a k-reg?

First add says it needs loads of tlc and work...

Second add says its been looked after really well.

Do phase two's have umbrella compartments? I've always thought they haven't.

Think it does need tlc. Looks like two different sellers. Possibly been purchased from the first ad and the buyer is now trying to make it sound a better car than it is. My dads got a phase 2 L reg and has no umbrella holder, but I'm sure its easy enough to put one in a phase 2 car.

yes some people fit them in phase 2s, in all those weve ripped apart ive never seen a phase 2 with brolly holder though!
but being on a k plate it could either be a phae 1 or 2 as its on the change over year

it says in the add it had a private plate on could he just be putting the other plate over it for the pics to show what reg your getting instead of the private reg
