Sounds really bad to do but it works and is ok to do.
You can use a big Blunt chisel with a rag over the end of it to losen of the locking ring.
Then jack the car up and you should :!: be able to adjust them.
If not ring up leda suspention and i am sure they will sell you a set of ajuster spanners.
