As above!!!

Gonna put the box back on this week and i had a complete twat of a job last time!!

Ended up puttin th engine on its side and dropping it on!!!!

took 2 hours of swearing at it then we gave up and let go and the little bstard went clunk and it was on!!!!!!

I've done mine about 3 times and its always been a piece of p*ss to put back on :wink:

As long as the clutch is aligned properly and the splines on the input shaft are sliding back in properly its easy :D

Better with 2 people though :wink:

make sure the car is in gear befor re fitting the transferr box

we jacked mine up under the car and used long bolts to gently pull it on squarely, the splines were the hardest bit. well i say we, i in fact mean ollie, i just did what i was told. :D

Yeah thats what i`ve got this time, some 10" long pieces of studding to help guide it on!!!!

Gonna be doing this on my own it looks like!!!!!!
