is fuel controller needed at 300+?

engine mods now
-full goose turbo back no cat
-baileys dump valve
-r33 skyline front mounted intercooler
-blitz sus induction kit

300+ package
-heliex organic clutch
-greedy profec b boost controller setting to 1bar
-plugs, leads, and fuel pump
-rolling road

DO I REALLY NEED A FUEL CONTROLLER?

Not if you're only running a bar (assuming you get an uprated fuel pump), that package may not guarantee you 300bhp though...

not sure what bhp mine is but i've run 1.2 bar for a while now and in terms of fuel controller i only have theafr...no big problems yet.

adding a unichip makes 300+ but like the question said do i need a fuel controller at 300+?, i think i might just do without it, 290+ would be good enough for me.Thanks peeps :)

My car has been very good to me for the whole time i have had it nothing has really gone wrong (touch wood) :roll: . I just hope and pray by doing these mods iam not in for new gearboxs/ engines etc

Should i just leave my car as it is or jion the 300+ crew?

I would sort the fueling out one way or another mate, just to be on the safe side. Ive just bought a apexi safc to sort mine. Also when thats fitted it should be able to run 1.2bar.
