Injectors maxed out?

This is my current setup:
Hybrid FMIC
Mongoose turbo back system with decat
Apexi Air Induction Kit
Walbro fuel pump
HKS 264° camshafts
Iridium spark plugs
running std. boost


I checked my injector duty via a Blitz R-VIT and it is at 98% from 7000rpm till redline!
How comes, that people run more than 1 Bar of boost, without uprated injectors?

Is that with a standard turbo? Even taking into account that you've got 264 cams you'd never be maxxing out the injectors at that boost on a standard turbo so i'd say thats wrong!

The R-Vit measures injector spraying time
the injector will squirt every 2 revolutions so

8000rpm is 8000/60 = 133.3 rev per second = 66.6 squirts per second

so time available for 1 squirt is 1/66.6 or 15ms

The R-Vit shows 14.8 ms from 7000rpm till redline

Personally speaking that perhaps at 1 bar would not surprise me. Pulsars tend to run a bit rich when mods are done to them, and I have seen many max out at little over 1 bar. How much boost however are you running you say stock but do you mean stock actuator? or stock with the original boost valve.?

original boost valve -> means 0,65 bar

Reason I asked is many people get mmhg confused with bar. However your probably running very rich, unless you believe your blitz to be lying.

where does the blitzunit take its signal from ??
is direct from injector wiring or from ecu ??
