Injector o-rings

I was just checking over the injector wires and noticed one of the injectors are lose :shock: Ive had a look on the manual icecool70 posted up and it lists three part numbers, 16636V5000 1663578A00 1661878A00, can anyone confirm that i need the two insulators as well as the o-ring?
