make sure the site is http://[URL="http://www.gtiroc.com/"]www.gtiroc.com[/URL], not "http://gtiroc.com"

if it is the latter, it will not let you log in.

hi mate i dont know if you read my reply to another of your posts but you can change you password to make it easier to remember by clicking on the USER CP on the top left of the webpage
