how to upload a nokia media file?

hi does anyone know how to do this so i can put a link to them i tried putfile but they wont play
am i doing something wrong?

what formats it saved in? doesnt the latest nokias use realplayer?dunno whether that may have a bearing??

well im not sure tbh theres a list with loads of formats 10 of them have ticks and 25 dont

thats when i click on view then properties then formats
but im not good with computers
