how to itentify thermostatic sandiwch plate

As the title says, can anyone tell me how I tell if a sandwich plate is thermostatic or not please

they have a bit extra on the side so there not as smooth looking as ones without do a quick google search for a mocal thermostatic sandwich plate you will be able to tell easily the difference.
