How many poneys in this engine?

Hi all!

I have done a rebuild in April and been on my break-in since then. The new engine has covered about 1200km so far and still runs well except for a crappy idle which I should've thought about and clean the valve on the intake ... oh well!

I was wondering how many BHP/TQ do you think I can get from it? I should be going on the rollers sometime in July.

Here's the setup

GTIR SR20
CP 87mm 8.5:1 pistons
OE rods
ACL Race rod bearings
ARP rod bolts
ACL main bearings / Trust washers
Tomei 1.2mm metal head gasket
ARP head studs
OE cams + gears
Garrett GT3071R .86AR with 11psi actuator
3" AM Performance downpipe, 3" decat resonator, 3" catback
A'PEXi Super AVC-R (old model)
Z32 fuel filter
Z32 MAF
Denso 660cc injectors
Walbro 255 fuel pump
ACT NS1-HDSS clutch kit (holds up to 370lbs of torque)
HKS SSQV hooked up to the 4 throttle bodies

Any guess ? I am hoping to run some high boost (maybe 21-22psi) and get some very good figures but what is to be expected (reasonably).

I'd love to get as close as possible to 400bhp/350tq which would absolutely make my day.

Am I dreaming of flying pink elephants or is that something to be reasonably achievable? I've checked a few pages of the dyno runs with specs, seems like I could achieve this pretty easily.

is it 92 ron in canada or 95 my car is run on 95 here in ireland and im down lots off power because of that :doh: the lads in the uk run 97/99 ron so the cars are mapped for that :-D

i agree with 400-420 depends what boost you want to run at but should hit that figure at around 1.5 bar

hehe thanks for the input guys! I still have my standard gearbox, but I have a spare one too... I'm not the type of guy that abuses his car alot, but I like to be able to do so when I want to :D

I was aiming at some bigger injectors but had a deal I couldnt pass with these at less than 200$ for all 4, brand new. And for the ECU, I'll be using the OE with a daughterboard and custom map chipped on it. I'd like 400 flush as my clutch wont hold up more than that, but I like the 4xx numbers!

I can't wait to hit the rollers!
