How many GTIRs in the UK?

Just a shot in the dark really. I was wondering how many GTIR's there are in the UK. I heard a rumour a while ago that there was less than 200 is that correct? DJ

I doubt it mate, theres at least 15 to 20 in just my small little area, so i presume that the rest of the country will be vastly more populated with 'R's.

You can ask the DVLA under the FOI act and they will tell you. There must be hundreds if not more as I have worked on them for years and still see new ones I've not seen before all the time.

Well I've made over 2500 of these clutch support brackets to date (quite a few been shipped abroad though) and they are still selling, theres also a load that had factory fitted brackets

so my guess would be something over 2500

No idea.. I've only ever seen like 6 other R's other than the 4 I've owned... so I've only come face to face with 10 and I travel a lot :S.. lol But people are still importing them so the numbers will continue growing..
