How do you remove your engine?

If you do a DIY engine removal, do you take it out the top or the bottom? If it comes out the bottom, how do you lift the car high enough?

You pm Ex-gtir and ask him to do it
It comes out of the bottom

to get it out the top you are going to have to cut an awful lot of the front end off first mate :shock:

comes out the bottom as carl says, lift the car from a suitable point with the crane when the engines on the floor, then use decent size axle stands on the arb mointing point to keep it high enough to get the crane out the way then drag that b@star@d out

thats my crane that kieron used and it lifts very high as it has a differetn ram in it
