holding back problem

As soon as my car gets warmed up i have a poblem with it holding back.
Coughs and kangaroos up the road. no smoke and it boosts up on gauge but it like its gettin hardly any fuel of air or something.
My old man thinks a new air flow sensor might do it but im not too shore.
It seemed better when i put a new fuel filter on it for a while.
I dont think it is spark plugs either as it done it after i put new platinum plugs in.
I surpose it could even be over fuelling or something. any im :roll: puzzled
any ideas?
