hks turbo timer with clifford 300

has anyone got a turbo timer with a clifford alarm ??

i cant get my alarm to work when the turbo timers is wired up :cry:
take one of the wires off and everythin works but no timer ?? :roll:
its telling the alarm theres somethin on like if i leave a door open or a light comes on ???
is there a way to get round this ?

most cliffords i think are a bit tempremental with timers , some alarms dont allow them to have timers working with the alarm

I have a turbo timer set up on my 300. Get in touch with the dealer who installed yours. The unit has a timer/ spare output built in that can be used as a turbo timer, you will just need a relay and some fancy wiring to complete :wink:

on Clifford alarms you can have one of their 'turbo timers' fitted as an optional extra.

they will charge you about £75 for it but in reality it's a relay that costs about £1 to buy and takes about 30 min to fit. Not all Clifford dealers will offer this as it's not an offical optional extra.

my mate fits Clifford for a living and he charged me a piont to do it 8)

Mine didn't cost me a bean ! I got it done when I had the alarm, remote start and full closure fitted. It works very well and the extra safety of having the car fully alarmed when it's doing it is a bonus :wink: Well worth doing :D
