HKS SSQV not dumping

Not sure if I really want to fix this as I've become quite attached to my flock of pigeons under the bonet buuuuut...........

My SSQV doesn't dump at all. I'm running standard boost and I get a nice amount of chatter when changing gear but no dump. I'm pretty sure everything is plumbed in ok so the only thing I think it could be is the d/v is stuck shut ? Has anyone ever heard of this before ? The car has been off the road for about a year.

open it up, cleean it out if theres any dirt, but if your running standard boost, make sure the adjuster bolts isnt wound in too far, this will increase the amount of pressure required to open the BOV on lift off.
