HKS plugs

I am hopefully getting HKS plugs very soon, How can i find out the gap i need to set it to :?: I've done a search and someone said 0.8mm is this right :?: How do i measure it as well. Is it just a case of getting the right gap then screwing them back in :?: You might be able to tell i've never changed plugs before

iv'e got a set of them in my r. when i got mine from hi-teq they said they were pre gapped but i still checked/set the gap to 0.8mm using feeler gauges.they are supposed to be more reliable and the spark does not get blown out a higher boost levels.

They will be pre-gapped to suit the R already.

I buy Denso plugs as certain manufacturers just rebadge these and sell them for double
