i doubt the manifold is HKS
HKS manifold basically cannot see the external welding on the pipe

they said it was defenatly a original hks manifold for the gtir

It says gt3040 not 3037.Going by experience i just wouldnt buy a second hand turbo,not unless its freshly recon,d with proof.Just save your pennies mate and buy something new.

The GT3040R can be on full boost by 4000rpm quite happily...

Yours has a smaller compressor wheel to the GT3040R... You need to adjust your setup to get it to spool quicker...

Turbo spool up time is also dependant on other things...

• Engine Capacity
• Engine Compression
• CAMs
• Gas Flowed Head
• Porting
• Port Matching...
• Turbo Turbine Housing
• Induction
• Manifold diameter and length
• Boost limit
• Boost Duty
• Fuel Map
• Ignition Timing

There is more but you get the idea...
