hks eids, idle problem

hey i was wondering if anyone can help me out. i saw some posts about the high idle problem. but i was wondering if the hks eids for nissan cars would solve it. my idle is from 500 to 1500rpm with air conditioner off. when i turn on my a/c it usually drops to 300rpm after letting go of the gas pedal or just shuts off. what could be the problem and solution??
