guys i have taken my FMIC intercooling piping off to change the fuel filter.
after i put everything back into place and secured all nuts and bolts..
i took it 4 a test drive........

everytime when the turbo starts to boost up i hear a gradually louder really high pitch noise................. it never happened b4 i took the piping off....

i am guessing i have a leak somewhere but i cant find it....
any hint or tricks to determine the fault?

I'm not too sure of the correct name of it but with mine i lost a bolt that is on the intake side of the turbo and the gap caused a high pitched whistling sound. It might be worth checking, I know there are lots of places you can get air leaks but it is worth checking that out.

Is the needle on the boost gauge going backwards as the noise starts ?

If it is and the gauge was fine its likely to be a leak,

You may also see some oil on one of the joins depending on how well your seperators working.
