Help!!

i've noticed last few times i've had the pulsar out if she's cold if i let her boost in 2nd she looses power as in just nose dives and miss fire's twice anyone any idea what could b causing this i dont usually boost her when she's cold but sometime need to,to get out my junction any help would be very much appreiciated
