help on wheel size

Hi guys this is my first post, i dont have a Pulsar but im doing the researsh for a friend of mine that doesnt speak english hehe you might of seen his car in members ride ( http://www.gtiroc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54760 )..

my question is did any of you experimented 15 x 8 wheels with a zero offset fitement ?
i searched around the forum and could find info.. eather i didnt search right .. or no one tested these.. HELP !

15x8 with a 0 offset would need a wide arch kit or serious arch extensions to be legal in this country. I'm guessing as my 16x7s et35 are about flush with the wheel arch the 15x8s would be about another 47mm or so outboard of mine.

I've never heard of anyone going for the carlos fandango look. 8" wide yes, but not on a 0 offset.
