HELP needed

Hello boys need help. A friend of mine changed the dials in his GTi-R here in sweden and as he was doing this he took apart the "needels"... after changing the dials and reinstallning the needels, the speed and rev needels doesnt work, which means he cant see how much he is reving and what speed he is going..

Any tips on how to fix the problem?

might be that he has pushed them on too far. It's really hard to get the needles just right so that they don't stick on anything.

Has he installed the plugs correctly on the back of the dash are they making a good connection.Because both are out sounds more like a signal problem.

Antilag has done something similar-ask him if he's managed to fix his yet and how.
