I have damaged a mounting lug on the front bumber (drivers side) and need a guide of how to remove the bumper in order to fix it.
Any help would be great.

From memory.
Jack up the front of the car and remove the wheels (unless you have a very short stubby screwdriver)and undo the front of the wheel arch liners, including the bolts across the bottom.
Behind the liner at the top of the bumper is a 10mm bolt, and there is another 10mm bolt at the bottom on the inner wheel arch. Do the same for both sides. Remove the number plate if it's bolted in the centre position. Then pull the bumper off I think. There's a couple of plastic clips (part of the bumper) that clip somewhere behind the number plate to the brace bar, they might need a quick feel
, mine just pulled off.
I think that's it. I'm sure someone will say you forgot this.... or that.
