Hello my name is Daniel and I am from Iceland. Same as many of you I´ve had a few problems with my R  . the first real problem was when the clutch started slipping, so I bought a clutch from Helix ( http://rallynuts.com/motorsport/Tra...Sporting_Clutch_Kit_SunnyPulsar_GTiR_1746.asp)
along with a fidanza flywheel. Installed it on the car and all seemed normal and car was working great until my gearbox fell apart ( third gear). Then I saved up some $$$ to buy quife gearbox from gary (gti-r spares). And when I was putting the New gearbox into the car I noticed som "scuffs" inside the gearbox housing of the old gearbox which was matching on the clutch cover of the clutch

Inspite of these scuffs I decided to put the new gearbox on the car and hope for the best
I originally thought that these scuffs where there because I broke my gearbox but when my friend who has a Nissan primera ( don´t know what you call these cars in britain) with að gti-r motor in it, broke his selector fork (3/4 gear) and removed the gearbox on his car there where exactly the same scuffs on his gearbox as there where on my gearbox. He has factory flywheel and the same clutch kit as me ( bought from gary) on his car so I think we can rule out that the fidanza flywheel on my car is the reason for this problem.
So my question is : What can I do?? I´m pretty sure that the clutch cover isn´t supposed to eat up my clutch housing like this? And it seemes to me that the Helix kit is not a 100% fit to the R.
Hope you can shed some light on this problem for me.
Regards
Daniel
