Head Shimming Help Please

What are the shimming gaps required for the head? I believe they are 0.14 - 0.17 when cold but what are they when the engine is warm?
Please correct me if I am wrong about the cold gaps

there you are mate for hot gaps.

your cold gap info is fine to, i used 0.15 for my gap
