Head removal question.

Hi all, i'm new here and have recently got hold of my 1st GTiR. Having great fun, unlike my mate.

I'm helping him take the head off his GTiR (in situ - hassle) - done a couple of valves we think, just wondered if the 'Y' shaped bracket for the inlet manifold needs to go back on once the problems sorted.

Just looked through that PDF, its the 'Y' shaped bracket the holds the inlet manifold to the engine block (page 338 of the PDF, part number 14017+A).
