getting wings and rear bumper off?

Front wings are pretty easy apart from the 10mm bolt or bolts can't remember that hold the wing on under the car, that one can seize up and snap off it did on one of my cars. Best heat it up then soak in WD40 and leave over night, Try tightening it up a little first then working it back and forth until it's out cleanly, If you do manage to get it out tap the treads clean and replace the bolt with a stainless one then you wont have the same problem again, The rest of them are very easy to get out you just need to find them all, The rear bumper is pretty easy as well.
