depends how you treat it. people run over 400 on them but if you launch it all day long with standard power it wont last long.

My box has endouvered a shed load of abuse over the last year and with 6500 rpm launches and is still in one peice.
Starting to get a little crunch into 3rd.
And took 16 hard launches at crail last sunday and is still driving fine
