Gearbox quirks

Well a few weeks back I had my clutch and flywheel changed and the stabiliser bush sorted so I thought that would be it for gearbox problems but noooo

Not it's not changing too smoothly, especially 3rd and 4th and the other day on the motorway when I booted it in 3rd it came out of gear :?

Any ideas peeps?

bent selector spring, iv just had one changed.

Is that a gearbox out job :?

Hope not, it was only out a few weeks back

The most likely cause is the synchro springs or inserts in 3rd/4th selector hub are ceasing to function. And unless your name is Uri Geller, then its defo a gearbox out job!
