Garaging a car for 6 months

I'll be garaging a car for about 4-6 months till I get some issues fixed. It's going to be my track car so I want the car to come out of storage fine. I'll be storing the car over winter as well so I want to make sure that I'm getting this right.

So far I will be:

1. Changing the oil and filter
2. Filling the tank up with fuel and putting in a fuel stabiliser
3. Chocking the wheels and leaving the handbrake off
4. Servicing the brakes as they are well known for sticking if left for a short period of time
5. Removing negative lead from battery
6. Washing exterior and cleaning interior
7. Blocking back back off to stop mice etc making a home
8. Putting extra air in tires (8-10 PSI more) to stop them flat spotting

Should I start the car up once a month and drive it a short distance or is it better just to leave that till it comes out of storage again?

Mine spends 90% of its time in my garage each year.

All I do is chock the wheels
Hand brake off
Low fuel
Disconnect battery
Quick wash and chuck a sheet over it

...that's it!

After 6 months I'll probs change the oil (only if it's coming back onto the road) but that's it

Same as Andy, done a couple of years like that and it still started up first time.

Did a full service after that, but for shorter time periods I just do oil and filter.
