You won't get any too easily in Scotland... Best bet is Checker Flag in Japan..

Hiteq usually have them but if it must be Scotland then you could get the Garage in Wishaw to get some for you...

IIRC they don't make Gab shocks for the R anymore or at least checker couldn't get them or something like that :?:

while were on the topic of gab suspension, ive got them on my car and to alter them on the back its just a s and h obviously meaning soft and hard but on the front its got 1,2,3 and 4 which would be the hardest and is all that i have to do is twist the little screw?

Yeah? Mine had a twist button with eight settings in the back?
