Can someone tell me what the STD fuel rail pressure is please?

Doesn't it depend on what the boost applied to the regulator is? - I think the base pressure is 2 bar, and it should rise linearly against boost... but I could be wrong.

The base pressure is 2.997bar. Let's say 3bar for argument's sake.
It's a little lower with the vacuum fitted at idle.
