fuel pressure regulator?

can anyone tell me if this is worth uprating? and what are the benefits, where to get one from?
also im in need of a uprated actuator for my standard gtir turbo, where to get one from also?

Not worth it unless you are running over 340bhp and larger injectors

thank you for that. my car is on 300bhp. not looking for o more bhp either just wana set it so it lasts. It was my mechanics idea as he did say a fuel regulator will help flat spots etc, and advised me to get onto the forum about it, so if its not beneficial then thas great il save myself a couple a bob££

I've got 1 on my car, it was on when I got it.

It got me into the 10-11s when goin hard... mpg that is, not secs on the 1/4 :shock:

I've set it back to standard pressure as it did NOTHING! I'm just runnin std boost and only have exhaust and filter though.

I'd say its just like turblio put it really.
