Yes, and yes

Although sometimes the fuel lines can be a bitch to come of the filter.

its attached to the bulk head. Its silver and is clipped in. Its easy to spot but not so easy to change as the pipes connected to it are really short.

also worth running the engine with the fuel pump fuse out until it stalls to get rid of the fuel pressure from the line...

otherwise don't smoke whilst doing it.
