fmic, black pipe

Hi guys tried to fit fmic today, but will not fit due to a large metal pipe running across the air con radiator, can this pipe be relocated, cut all the holes and a small section of the bumper just, need to sort this pipe to fit.... can any one help :doh:

hybrid or i belive its called hdi the intercooller is to large to go flush with air con radiator
