Flywheel to crank torque settings

Done a search and it seems that they are supposed to be 94-101 lbs/foot .

My torque wrench hasnt got lbs , its got newton meters or kgs .did a conversion on the net and it says that it equates to 127nm using the minimum 94lbs .

Is this true as it seems a very high number .

it is true (manual page EM-143)

127-137 Nm (13-14 kg/m, 94-101 lb/ft)
