can someone please give me advice on where they would fit 4point harness securing eyes...any pictures would be good.. as i really dont want to start drilling if not necessary .

take the rear seat out and undo seatbelt clasp bolts, the eyes will then screw straight into these, the same again with the front two side straps will bolt to seatbelt securing points!

so u mean...for on the drivers side...remove the bolt holding the seat belt down and mount it there...then just remove the seat belt socket of the subframe and bolt it in place....if i did it that way does it matter that the two front mounting points are different distance to each other.

no it doesnt matter, as long as the angles are the same and the fixing points are secure.
