Extra power gained from fitting a FMIC

Out of interest what was the gains people experienced after fitting a FMIC if any?

I used to own a Fiesta RS Turbo which had a large Pace intercooler, but after adapting and fitting a 4x4 Cosworth intercooler at the front I saw gains of 11bhp and 15lbs torque which was pretty good

What sort of gains have people got from moving away from the TMIC to a decent size FMIC?

some people have had around the same bhp (+10ish) but gained around 30lbs torque.

Like lee said, more torque than power. It does drop your boost a bit because of the extra pipework etc and makes it a bit more laggy, but you can whack it up a bit more because of the front mount anyway 8)

Ah well, thats what the e-boost controller is for, a few adjustments and i'm sure I can make it compensate for any losses

I got 4bhp on 0.8bar with my Forge front mount. Woohoooo :lol:
I did get alot more torque than that tho.
