exhaust manifold

Ive just removed my standard manifold coz im fitting my new turbo. Ive noticed on the turbo flange of the manifold there is a dividing wall inside the manifold, it looks a bit restrictive? can this be removed?

not a wise move

you can smooth out the walls but leave it there.

This wall seperates the pulses of exhaust gas from each bank of cylinders. It helps with turbo response.
