Exhaust Manifold Washers - Size?

Does anyone know what size the washers are on the manifold? Or even a link to some on ebay or a site that will do the job and i can order...

They are 10 mm internal hole and about 5 mm thick

Exhaust manifold to head studs are m10, use a spring washer with a normal nut or locking nut, or normal m10 washer with locking nut, (just not a nyloc nut as the nylon part will melt). u can get m10 washers and locking nuts from ur local motor factors or fastener supplier or main dealer.
