ever heard of a kappatsu-rom?

Hi all,

today i was surfing the net, watching seccondhand pages for cool stuff
And what catched my eye, was a kappatsu-rom for €100, this guy first wanted to sell it for €200, but there are very few gti-r cars in holland, so he couldnt i guess.
My question now is, is there somone who ever heard of this chip, he claims it gives an hp raise from 220 to 280.
Could anyone give me some advice? what shall i do, buy, try and hope?
I searched the net for info, but sadly i still cant read jappanese (www.kappatsu.co.jp) and they don't have an english translation.
And my good 'ol Google, also finds jappanese stuff, and one Micra page, with no info

so if someone knows, it would really help me!

It is indeed a jappanese tuning company, they do alot of cars.
Strange nobody heard of it though...
I guess u would better not install it in your car before u exactly know what is is.

it helps a little, but i still can´t find out anything about the chip.
With my post i hoped that some one had some experience with these guys, or better yet, had one of those chips in his/her car.
