Estimated power in my R

I have a mint limited edition R and therefore I don't want to mod it to much,
but I have done some upgrades and now I am curious about it's performance.
It would be great if someone could help me with a clue on what Bhp and Nm
to expect with the following spec:

Engine only driven 26000 Km running 1.1 bar.
Mongoose turbo back exhaust
Magnaflow racekat
Greddy PRofec B-spec 2
Wallbro 255 fuel pump
Sard R2D2 Racing blow off valve
Apexi Induction kit
HKS/Denso Iridium spark plugs
Nismo Radiator cap
ARC Top mount intercooler (not yet fitted)

I have done more to the car than described, but this is what may play
a role in the performance department (exept for the radiator cap).
Any suggestions would be great.

Mine put out 318 bhp and 293 lb's/ft of torque with very similar mods to yours, last August.

I have a 3" elbow and downpipe into a 2.5" decatted exhaust system though and a Blitz SUS filter. Along with some mild port matching and polishing here and there.

I mentioned the filter as, I found the Apexi Power Intake restrictive at slightly below 1.0 bar. You might find the same....

I reckon Fast Guy's figures are about right too !

Oh, and my engine and turbo had done around 90k miles then ! ;-)
