Equivilent parts for gti-r

Ok not the best title so i'll explain here.
Im needing a new power steering belt,but im just wondering where else i can get pattern parts so that i dont have to go to Nissan for it.I dont mind paying the prices from Nissan so i would just like to know where else i can maybe get it cheaper and if itl be just as good.

Basically like Euro car parts for french cars,but for jap cars.
