Yup, I got it down to 2 hours as well (after my 3 broken boxes).

how long do you think it would take me, have lift and engine crane,

first time doing it

have reasonable mechanical knowledge
was gonna try it this weekend 8)

well i didnt realise it came out bottom so i was trying for ages so i took every bracket off. (but hey i can clean and paint them all now)

so have a look at what you need to take of and rest engine on floor and lift the car over.

time? about 3 or 4 hours for the first time. i think it mite take me about 3 hours to put it all back in and im a engineer by trade (fitter)
some people have got it down to 2 hours.

Yeah it takes me about 2 hours to get it out if i'm motivated And about 6 months if i'm not :lol: .

It's not to hard a job really if you have the right tools for the job .
