i might be buying an R soon hopefully and i wanted to overhaul it depending on what condition it is in. i was thinking about puting in forge pistons and doin a full 3 inch piping until i can get a muffler for it. i need help on the piston and exhaust part would that be good to do for the R and port and polish

can anyone help me with an engine rebuild.tell what r the best parts to get ,when the engine is done is it necessary to buy a new oil pump and water pump.
