Engine mounts

What engine mounts its recommended to replace on a 400hk gtir. Or is the standard mounts good enough?

Power flex or new standard will be ok for that

Heard the powerflex didnt allow any movement and could be hard for the gearbox. I have the left engine mount and both the gearmounts(on the right side)(Powerflex)

they'll be fine,they have less movement than standard but more than the nismo ones.

ive just filled my standard mounts with tiger seal
