EFR turbos and GTX turbos

Seen that before, interesting article but I think they should have also tested the EFR8374 as thats the real competition for the GTX53R as both claim to be 750bhp capable turbos.

BW still need to add some more non-WG housings to their product range in my opinion. Removing the wastegate would further imporve turbine performance and also help reduce the size of the turbo, which at the moment is pretty darn big.

I've been looking at EFR's as a potential upgrade. They seem to have a pretty good motorsport record and have ceramic, metal cage bearings and a 30 psi rating out the box as well as some other nice features like forged milled compressor wheels. I haven't got the tape measure out yet yet but apart from size what are the objections to running these?
